I’d like to welcome another new blogger, Shaila Kibria.

It seems to me, everywhere I look, the number of progressive blogs is overshadowed by right wing hate mongering in the Canadian blogging community. It honestly gives a bad perception to people about blogging when, sometimes, all they see is a hate mongering right wing propaganda. The solution? More progressive bloggers to insure a balance of opinions in the ocean of online opinion makers.
