This reminds me so much of a few older hard-line conservatives that I’ve met who find the thought of Obama and his message repulsive for elitist or simply racist views. At the news that the majority of people with a college degree tend to vote for Obama almost made one of them choke because, I think, it contradicted their world view. They really fear him, which made me like him even more.

The insinutation that (white) people who dislike Obama are racists is sickening, self-serving and just plain wrong. For example, David Duke (infamous KKKer) is relatively positive on Obama “I don’t see much difference in Barack Obama than Hillary Clinton–or, for that matter, John McCain”
